The Project consists of 31 new units spread across four 2 storey buildings. The size of the units range from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms and there is a ground floor amenity space. Tender Packages include, but are not limited to: concrete foundations, gypsum cement topping, wood I-joists, glulam, spray foam insulation, firestopping, metal roof system, 10-year RCABC roof warranty, fiber cement siding, vinyl windows, steel stud, GWB & T-bar, aluminum hand railings, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, painting, signage, miscellaneous accessories, appliances and roll down blinds.
